Global pop star Justin Bieber brought the house down at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s sangeet ceremony, which also witnessed the film stars Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor light up the event with back to back memorable performances.
Justin landed in Mumbai on Friday morning before setting the stage at the Jio Convention Centre on fire at night with his chartbusters such as ‘Baby’, ‘Peaches’, ‘Love Yourself’, and ‘Sorry’.
The Canadian singer, who attained the status of a teen idol following the success of his debut extended play album ‘My World’ in 2009, had the crowd singing and grooving to his tunes.
The star studded function was attended by slew of celebrities including Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Janhvi Kapoor as well as cricketers MS Dhoni and members of T20 World Cup winning team Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and Surya Kumar Yadav.
Another highlight of the night was Salman and Anant’s performance on the superstar’s hit song Aisa Pehli Baar Hua Hai from movie Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega.
Ranveer also gave a energizing performance on the foot tapping number Ishq Di Gali Vich No Entry from the 2005’s multi starrer No Entry.
Real life couple Alia and Ranbir shared the stage with Akash Ambani as they danced to Show Me The Thumka from Ranbir’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar movie.
