Jon Bon Jovi reacts to son Jake Bongiovi getting engaged at 20 to 19-year-old Millie Bobby Brown

In an interview with Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM show, Radio Andy, Cohen congratulated Jon Bon Jovi on the engagement of his 20-year-old son Jake Bongiovi with 19-year-old Stranger Things actor Millie Bobby Brown.

After the musician mentioned that Bongiovi is the “the latest” of his four children to get engaged, as three of his four are about to marry, Cohen asked if he is concerned that his child is too young for marriage.

Jon Bon Jovi replied with ,“I don’t know if age matters, if you find the right partner and you grow together,” he said. “My advice really is growing together is wise.”

Jon was also asked about the actress, as the host questioned him if he has seen her in the famous series. Replying to Cohen, he said that he has indeed watched Millie on screen and termed her as “wonderful.” He also went on to call her whole family as ‘great’.

The couple made their relationship public in 2021 when she uploaded a selfie on Instagram of herself kissing Bongiovi while riding the London Eye. They later appeared as a pair on the red carpet for the premieres of Enola Holmes 2 and Stranger Things Season 4, as well as the 2022 BAFTAs.

Both Brown and Bongiovi appeared to announce their engagement on each of their social media networks last month.

“I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all,” Brown wrote in the caption of a black and white photo featuring them both on the beach, with her wearing a diamond ring on her left finger. Bongiovi also shared a similar photo with the caption, “Forever.”
