John Abraham asks for THIS hefty amount for Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan

John Abraham who is set to play the negative lead role in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathan is reportedly charging a hefty fee. Scroll down to know more.

After films like Dhoom, New York and Kabul Express, John Abraham is back to work with the YRF camp. Set to feature in the Siddarth Anand film Pathan, John will be pitted against Shah Rukh Khan. The film also features Deepika Padukone as the female lead. Pathan is touted as SRK’s comeback venture after Zero (2018)

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, John will be charging a fee of Rs. 20 crores for the film. A source revealed that John will be paid an upfront fee of Rs. 20 crores for the action-packed entertainer. He will be shooting for over 60 days for his part as the negative lead in Pathan. The reason for the hike in the fee is thanks to the success of his solo films in the box-office. His movies like Parmannu, Batla House have had incredible success.

The actor is set to shoot some high energy action scenes as well as dramatic scenes beside Shah Rukh Khan. John is currently working on Satyameva Jayate 2 and will be moving on to Ek Villian 2 after completing it. He is expected to commence his work on Pathan by the end of January. He is expected to fly abroad with the cast.

Pathan is set to go on the floors by the end of November with SRK filming his solo scenes in Mumbai. The official announcement is yet to be made by YRF.
