After being nearly killed in a snowplough accident, Jeremy Renner is working out like a champ.
In a recent Instagram video update, where he is exercising his legs, he provided an update on his rehabilitation.
“UPDATE: I’ve decided to push through the pain of progress” Renner said in the caption accompanying the video.:The human body is incredible. Even if I require oil for all of my new joints and feel like the Tin Man doing it. After this warm-up, I’m inspired to keep going.”
The actor most recently made his first red carpet appearance following the accident at the premiere of his Disney+ series “Rennervations.” Renner managed to avoid being run over by a snowplough while attempting to save his nephew.
Renner escaped being run over by a snowplough while trying to save his nephew, but he sustained more than 30 fractured bones. His healing method, which entails using an anti-gravity treadmill and a bone development stimulator, has been documented.
Recent appearances by Renner on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” included him discussing the mishap. He claimed, “It simply missed every vertebrae, did not strike any organs, and membrane did not swell.” I got pretty lucky that none of the organs got messed up, he continued, adding that his eye did pop out.
