Actress and former MP Jaya Prada has been absconding in two cases. She has been declared as the “most wanted”. The decision comes as the actress violated code of conduct for which the cases are filed. She hasn’t made any appearance in front of the court, despite many legal notices sent to her. The actress has been charged with non-bailable warrants.

Shobhit Bansal, MP/MLA Magistrate court Judge has charged the actress with a non-bailable warrant (NBW) due to her absence during the court hearings. This is happened several times and that is the reason she has been considered absconding. Inspector Ranji Trivedi asserted in his report that the actress was defending herself and her phone was switched off.

In this conduct, it was been ordered to undertake section 82 against her. The MP/MLA court has given an order regarding the same and the next court date has been scheduled for the 6th of March

A CrPC order was issued on the actress by the MP/MLA court of Rampur on Tuesday. Senior Prosecution Officer Amarnath Tiwari stated that the code of conduct case was registered in the special court for MP/MLA court in Kemri and Sawar police station.

The Superintendent of police has been ordered by the court to form a special team and present the accused in court on the given date.
