Jacqueline’s name came up in the case after images of her with Sukesh appeared on social media. Sukesh informed the ED that they were dating after the actress originally denied any affiliation with the conman.

It should be noted that the ED has claimed that Sukesh used unlawful money to buy gifts for the actress, money he gained through extorting various high-profile people. In her statement recorded in August and October last year, the actor told the ED that she “received” gifts from Sukesh, including three designer bags from Gucci and Chanel, two Gucci outfits for gym wear, a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes, two pairs of diamond earrings and a bracelet of multi-coloured stones, and two Hermes bracelets.

She also stated that she handed back a Mini Cooper automobile that she had gotten in the same approach. The agency discovered throughout its investigation that the conman was in “frequent touch” with Jacqueline from February till he was apprehended by the Delhi Police on August 7, last year. So far, the ED has detained eight people in this case, including Sukesh, his wife Leena Maria Paul, Pinky Irani, and others, and has filed two charge sheets in a Delhi court.
