After Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise on June 14, many theories have come up regarding his death. Also, a thorough investigation has been going on by the police of Mumbai and Bihar to find out the truth behind the actor’s death. Just after the late actor’s father, KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, the Bihar police team, started its investigation in the abetment to suicide case. The Bihar Police, which is now in Mumbai has sought assistance from their counterparts in Mumbai to probe the matter, an official of the city police said.

But, to everyone’s surprise, the Mumbai Police is not helping the Bihar Police in solving the case. It is being claimed that when Bihar Police asked for Sushant’s mobile and laptop, they were told that Mumbai Police doesn’t have them.

It was said when Rhea Chakraborty left Sushant’s apartment on June 8, she took his laptop and a few other things with her which are still not extracted from Rhea.

The four-member Bihar police team arrived in Mumbai on Wednesday to probe the ‘abetment to suicide’ case registered against Sushant’s girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, and others in Patna.

On Friday evening, members of the Bihar police team visited the DCP (Crime) office in suburban Andheri and submitted a written application seeking assistance from the Mumbai police in probing the case.

The Patna case was registered under various IPC sections including 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating) and 306 (abetment of suicide).
