The Indian Premier League final, played on Sunday (May 26) in Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium, saw Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders upset Sunrisers Hyderabad.
Following the match, the actor was spotted celebrating KKR’s victory with the squad and his family. Shah Rukh attended the match just a few days after being hospitalised in Ahmedabad for dehydration.
Several images and videos have gone viral, showing Shah Rukh holding his wife Gauri Khan and kissing her on the forehead. The actor also hugged his daughter Suhana Khan and son Abram Khan.
In one of the now-viral videos, an emotional Suhana approaches her father and, although inaudible, asks, “Are you happy?” “I’m so happy.”
She shed tears and hugged Shah Rukh fiercely. Soon, AbRam and Aryan Khan joined them. Videos of their group hug quickly went viral on social media sites, and admirers are blown away by their lovely family moment.

The Pathaan actor became ill and was brought to the hospital last week as a result of Ahmedabad’s searing heat wave. He was discharged on May 24. His manager, Pooja Dadlani, had provided an update with his fans and followers on her Instagram account.
Pooja thanked everyone on Shah Rukh’s behalf for their prayers, saying, “To all of Mr Khan’s fans and well wishers – he is doing well. Thank you for your love, prayers and concern. (folded hands emojis).”
