Imran Khan recently opened up about his relationship with Lekha Washington. He revealed that the couple is ready to take their relationship to the next stage as they will be moving in together. In a conversation with comedian Raunaq Rajani, the actor shared his relationship status and said that he is in process of moving in together after living solo for five years.
Post his divorce from Avantika Malik, Imran lived alone for five years. He is now dating Lekha since COVID-19 pandemic began.
Reflecting to the decision to cohabit, Imran said, “She brought it up! I’ll be real with you, man. So, I was like, ‘Why not? It’s been long enough’.”
While opening up about the transition, he said that he is still in the process as he is dealing with all the awkwardness and weirdness. Having lived alone for all these years, he got super into the minimalism thing – having as many few objects he could possibly have at his home.
He drew a comparison that before he only had three plates at his place, but ever since Lekha moved in, they have bought more items, and already have 15 plates.
