‘I think we need a sequel,’ Arjun Kapoor pens a note on 5 years of ‘Ki and Ka’

Arjun Kapoor pens a note and misses his ‘Ki’ Kareena Kapoor Khan on completing 5 years of the movie.

On the 5th anniversary of his hit film ‘Ki and Ka’ Arjun Kapoor writes an Instagram post about missing the set and his onscreen ‘Ki’ Kareena Kapoor Khan.

He revealed that the film was special to him as he chose it because of his mom. He even posted a picture of himself holding a ‘mangalsutra’ which was used in the film to showcase the concept of gender equality in the film.

He captioned the picture as, “A piece of memorabilia from ki & ka !!! Missing the set and missing the on screen Ki… this film was personal as I chose it for my mom and it’s now even more personal after working with Bebo and Balki sir… I think we need a sequel 😉 what say @kareenakapoorkhan ?
#5YearsOfKiandKa.”

Ki and Ka was released on 1st April 2016. The film revolved around the stereotypes of gender roles in Indian society. Arjun and Kareena lived as a married couple but playing different daily life roles that usual Indian couples.

It was directed and produced by R. Balki. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan also did a cameo in the film.
