Bollywood’s fashion icon Sonam Kapoor, who is a proud daughter of Anil Kapoor, recently landed in yet another controversy because of her motor-mouth and statements which didn’t go well with many people out there.
Sonam Kapoor celebrated Father’s Day by posting some really beautiful pictures of the father-daughter duo but what landed her in soup of controversy was a tweet made by the actress claiming that it’s her Karma that she is the daughter of Anil Kapoor and that he has worked extremely hard to give these things to Sonam. Her tweet came across as casteist and the Karma lesson didn’t go well with many especially Hina Khan’s beau Rocky Jaiswal, who slammed the actress by responding, “So, every individual who’s been denied the opportunity they deserved bcoz of #Privileges n #Nepotism deserved it for their ‘Karma’ in their past life? By that logic, I can’t begin to imagine your next life @sonamakapoor! Respectfully M’am, I expected better frm U given ur fathers BG.”
In a series of tweets, his another tweet said, “Btw this western version of a sacred cosmic balance is the reason why d poor r left in this country on d roads by d rich, privileged and powerful. Justifying cruelty in the name of ‘Karma’ by d high, mighty and powerful.Thumbs up for accepting your reality and respect your opinion otherwise!”
