Oscar winning 48 years old American actress Hilary Swank has welcomed twin babies with her husband Philip Schneider. Taking her Instagram handle, the actress shared the good news with her fans on Sunday.
Hilary Swank has shared a post captioning it, “It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. (Adding emoji) the Alaska Daily star wrote, captioning a photo of her holding her newborn babies on each shoulder, while looking out at a sunset across the water.
“Happy Easter! (emoji),” she added. “Posting from pure Heaven.(emoji).”
Many of Swank’s famous followers has sent her congratulatory wishes on the arrival of the new born baby boy and baby girl. Kate Hudson, Viola Davis, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Mariska Hargitay, Debra Messing and Katie Couric were among the well wishers.
“God bless honey,” said Sharon Stone. “This is the most extraordinary journey ever (emojis) so happy for you all.”
Swank announced her pregnancy on Good Morning America in October 20022, sharing with her fans. She said she and Schneider will be on double duty from that time onwards.
Hilary Swank has written sharing a post about revealing her pregnency, “This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom,” said the actress at the time. “And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it.”
Hilary was seen sharing several posts on social media during her pregnency journey. In the month of January this year the actress was seen sharing a video post where she showed she wasn’t letting her pregnency slow down her physical routine.
