
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, actress Kangana Ranaut shares her beneficial experiences after endorsing yoga as a way of life.
Kangana shared stories of her family members and how yoga helped them beat some of their major health issues.
Being a wellness practitioner and a yoga enthusiast herself, the Manikarnika actress mentioned that her mother had been advised an open heart surgery, however, Kangana asked her to put her faith in yoga. Within 2 months of practicing yoga on a daily basis, the actresses mother was healthy as ever and didn’t require a surgery.
Taking to Instagram, the actresses posted a picture of herself performing yoga and captioned it, “few years ago Mother was diagnosed with diabetes, thyroid and high level of cholesterol(600) doctor said we need to do an open heart surgery for her cause there might be blockage, I told mother with tears in my eyes give me 2 months of your life please I can’t let them open your heart, she trusted me and eventually I succeeded in my persistent pursuit today she has no meditation, no illness she is healthiest and fittest in the family.”
In another post she shared the story of how her sister, Rangoli suffered third degree burns following an acid attack and how yoga helped her get better.
In a third post, the actress throws light on her sister-in-law, Ritu who is a doctor and one of the frontline workers engaging in relief work throughout the lockdown. Just like most of her family members, Kangana encouraged Ritu too to endorse yoga as a way of life.
