Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar managed to win millions of hearts with its storyline and plot. The web series received immense love and appreciation from the audience, which has resulted in renewing of the series for season 2. Ever since the announcement of the renewal, the fans couldn’t contain their excitement as they have some high expectations from the upcoming season.
The production designer of the show, Subrata Chakraborty, during an interview with Pinkvilla, spilled the beans over Heeramandi season 2 and shared that he has not had any discussion with Bhansali as they are working on other projects. He added that currently Bhansali, along with his whole team, is working on Love & War, which stars Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal. Subrata refrained from revealing any details about the film and said that it is under production.
The season 1 of Heeramandi starred Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Sehgal, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Fardeen Khan, and Taha Shah Badussha.
