Actor and Bigg Boss 7 finalist Ajaz Khan has been questioned and arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau. He was interrogated for 8 hours in a drug case before the arrest took place. NCB’s Zonal Director Sameer Wankhade responded to queries about the case.
“We have found his involvement in the Shadab Batata case and he is facing some serious charges. His statement is being recorded at present,” he remarked.
Shadab Batata was arrested last Thursday in a drug-related case. Reports state that Ajaz Khan might be a part of the Batata gang. NCB has been raiding various locations in Mumbai including Versova, Mira Road and Lokhandwala.
Ajaz Khan was travelling back to Mumbai from Rajasthan and he was taken into custody from the Mumbai Airport. He was arrested in 2018 for possession of banned drugs.
