Harshvardhan Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor’s brother, who is going to act in Netflix’s Ray, recently opened out about his sisters. The Mirzya actor stated that he is currently single and that his sisters Sonam and Rhea Kapoor make selections on who he should date on his behalf. He asserted that they had the final decision.
“Sonam and Rhea are very picky about the women that come into my life. Nobody is good enough. They sometimes cut it off even before it ignites,” he said. He added that his “first time” was when he was 15 years old. He also mentioned the type of women he preferred to date. “I try and get to know women who are not from my line of work. I want to know a lawyer, someone in medicine or investment banking. There are so many fantastic women out there who are not models or actresses,” he said in the show By Invite Only – Season 2.
Harshvardhan Kapoor is the youngest child of Anil Kapoor and Sunita Bhavnani. Over the years, he has been involved with a number of films. He served as an assistant director on the sets of Bombay Velvet, which starred Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.
Harshvardhan then made his acting debut in Mirzya, a fantasy romance film released on October 7, 2016. In the film, he appeared with Saiyami Kher. His performance in the film earned him the Best Male Debut award twice, once at the Star Screen Awards and once at the Stardust Awards.
Ray is one of Harshvardhan Kapoor’s next projects. Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, Radhika Madan, and Chandan Roy Sanyal will also star in the Netflix film. Vasan Bala will direct the short film.
