Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja is not someone who minces her words when it comes to speaking her heart out. She recently criticized nepotism in Bollywood, as she highlighted how opportunities are being served to only a certain group of star kids. Sunita mentioned that her daughter is open to work, but is not given a chance. She asserted that the opportunities are only given to a certain group of star kids, while other do not have any platform.
During a conversation with Hindi Rush, Sunita expressed frustration over her daughter, Tina Ahuja, not receiving any opportunity to work. “Agar uske liye achha kaam aata hai, toh wo kyu nahi karegi? Aap log mauka toh do kaam karne ka. Nepotism band karo na. Doosre logon ko bhi kaam karne ka mauka to do. Aap ek hi group mein sabko…wohi group mein kaam hota hai. Baahar bhi toh dekho, log aur bhi baithe hain. Abhi bhi she is open to work. Kaam milega, woh karegi, usko shauk bhi hai bohot kaam karne ka,” said Sunita.
She further added that only those who are a part of groupism thrive in Bollywood, while others are ignored. She wondered how the film industry has turned into this.
