Bollywood actor Govinda was seen in one of the recent episodes of the dance reality show, Dance Deewane, as a guest judge. The actor revealed an incident from his debut film, Ilzaam, with Neelam Kothari Soni. Govinda said that he was not able to shoot romantic scenes with Neelam and choreographer Saroj Khan helped him.
When the judge of the show, Nora Fatehi was telling how shy Piyush (one of the contestants) is, Govinda couldn’t resist sharing this incident.
Govinda said, “I remember during my first film, I had to shoot a romantic song with Neelam and I just couldn’t do it. From the corner, Saroj Khan held me and inquired whether I had ever romanced a girl! I said ‘no’, and she immediately asked one of her assistant choreographers to teach me how to do the romantic steps, and It was quite something.”
Contestants of the show performed on some of the hit songs of Govinda from the 90s like ‘Tum Toh Dhokebaaz Ho’. Govinda too was seen shaking his leg with choreographer Ganesh Acharya on the show.
Govinda and Neelam Kothari shared excellent chemistry on-screen. The duo was seen together in 14 movies including ‘Gharana’, ‘Love 86’, and ‘Sindoor.’
Meanwhile, Govinda and Raveena Tandon are working on a new project together. The news of their reunion surfaced online as Raveena shared a series of pictures of them on her social media handle. However, details about the project are not yet revealed. The duo shared screen for some of the hit movies like Dulhe Raja, Rajaji, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan’.
