Actor Dilip Kumar took his last breath at the age of 98 at the Khar’s Hinduja hospital. The entire Bollywood industry paid tribute to the late actor. Director-Producer Farah Khan too posted a picture of Dilip Kumar on her Instagram handle and shared an incident.
Farah recalled an incident from her childhood when she was just 4 years old. She saw a stampede for the first time in her life when actor Dilip Kumar entered a wedding reception. Farah also explained the excitement that people had to see a glimpse of the legend.
She wrote, “I was all of 4 yrs old when I saw my first stampede.. #dilipkumar walked into a wedding reception…there was hysteria.. women thronged to see him, the bridal couple’s stage broke!! Such was the magic! He was known as the tragedy king, but I was always a fan of his comedic timing… there will be no1 like him .. deepest condolences to #sairaji n his family 🙏🏼❤️”
Fans and followers offered their condolences to the family and prayed for his soul to rest in peace. Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar too commented a heart emoji on the post.

The actor, earlier known as Muhammad Yusuf Khan, changed his screen name to Dilip Kumar after his debut in Bollywood. The legendary actor was well known as a tragedy king because of several roles that he played in his movies.
