This year on Valentine’s Ali Fazl and Richa Chadha were not together. But both of them wished one another through videos on their Instagram.
Actor Ali Fazal is currently in Los Angeles for work. On Tuesday, he took to his Instagram and posted a reel saying “I miss you, Richa”. The caption read, “HAPPY VALENTINES DAY MY LOVE! @therichachadha! Aise bahaane izhaar ke … over dukhi zamaane intezaar ke… (anyday) tu kisi reel se guzarti hai… main kisi Phone sa thharthharaata hooooooooonn!!!! Jaldi aata hoon.”
Later commenting on her husband’s post Richa wrote “Oh just you wait! I also made something for you ‘feels’ since you’re away. it’s nothing like this which makes me nervous but just adding some finishing touches. #KeepingthingsinterestingIsee.”
Ali Fazal reacted to the video with a long “Hahahahahahhaahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha”. Casting director Kavish Sinha wrote, “Hahahaahahahaha. Naseeb apna apna behen!” Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma also commented, “Hahahahahaha you are mad.” Actor Kubbra Sait wrote, “Hahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahaha PAAAGAL HO TUM DONO (you two are mad).” Actor Manisha Koirala called Richa “madhy” and actor Aditya Seal wrote, “Hahaha, I love it.” Actor Vishakha Singh wrote, “Haahahhaahahahahaaaaaaahaaaa! Now waiting for @alifazal9 to match this! On another note – someone cast @therichachadha in an 80s saga!”
She then posted a reel singing “Bhala hai bura hai jaisa bhi hai, mera pati mera devta hai..” It’s interesting to note that Richa mimicked the actor Raadhika Sarathkumar’s signature braid and makeup from the first film.
Anuradha Paudwal and Kavita Krishnamurthy were the singers of the original Bhala Hai Bura Hai Jaisa Bhi Hai song. Farah Naaz appeared in the 1986 movie Naseeb Apna Apna alongside Rishi Kapoor, Farah, Radhika, and Amrish Puri.
