Today was 5th September, the birth anniversary of our first vice president, Dr, Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. But his birth anniversary is widely celebrated as Teacher’s Day. Greetings cards and pens are given to teachers as gifts, and in return, they are showered with blessings.
But actress, Esha Deol wished her mother, Hema Malini on Teacher’s Day. Esha took to Instagram where she shared two photos featuring herself and her mother. The first photo is old as Esha is a small child while Hema’s look seems the time when she was at the peak of her career. The second pic is also black and white but it is of recent times.
The post was captioned, “From my first step as a tiny dancer to who I am today as a mother, it’s all because of you. The knowledge, the ethics & the discipline I have learnt from you has always been a blessing for me. My mother, My first teacher!”

On the work front, Esha has been away from the silver screen for a while. But she is making her comeback with Ajay Devgn in Rudra. It will be Ajay’s first venture into online streaming platform. Rudra will release on Hotstar. Rudra is the official remake of hit web series, ‘Luther’.
