Actor Dharmendra will be seen in Karan Johar’s upcoming romantic drama ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Veteran actress Jaya Bachchan will be seen opposite him. The couple will be playing the role of Ranveer Singh’s parents.
Esha Deol, in an interview with ETimes, said that she is very excited about her father’s comeback movie. “I’m really looking forward to seeing him back on screen with another favorite of mine, Jaya aunty. I love her. Karan Johar makes brilliant films so we will all look forward to watching Rocky Aur Rani for sure. I wish them all of the best!” she said.
When asked about her mother and veteran actress Hema Malini’s comeback, she said that the actress is looking for good scripts. “She is not very easy to please!” commented Esha.
She added, “An actor will always be an actor, so she is again looking for the right script to come her way, to give her time, energy, passion towards her craft. I think just that one script needs to click with her and she will do it”
Esha Deol has entered the production business. She recently announced her OTT debut with the film ‘Ek Duaa’ starring Ajay Devgn as the lead.
