Bigg Boss OTT 2 fame Elvish Yadav has been caught up in yet another legal fiasco. The YouTuber was arrested by the Noida police on Sunday for the alleged use of snake venom in rave parties. The venom was used for recreational purposes. According to a recent report, the social media influencer has confessed that he arranged for snake venom at the parties.
This is not the first time that Elvish has been booked by the police. During last year, the same charges were imposed upon him. It was reported that he used to supply snake venom at rave parties.
Recently, when Elvish was arrested he denied having any inclination with the case. When he was questioned by the police, he stated that he knew the accused who got arrested in 2023 for a similar crime. The five accused who were arrested last year were Rahul, Jaikaran, Narayan, Teetunath and Ravinath. However, these five are now out of jail on bail.
Elvish Yadav was arrested by the police on Sunday for the crime of supplying snake venom at rave parties. He along with five other accused are also booked by the police. He has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. He was also summoned by the police for questioning at the Sector 20 police station.
The Noida Police has released a statement saying that they have found vital evidence against Elvish in his involvement in the case. He was also accused of the usage of snakes as props during his shoots.
