
The Rock of Hollywood, none other than Dwayne Johnson has opened up about a tough part in his life. Recently during an interview on The Pivot podcast, the Hollywood superstar went unfiltered while sharing his life experiences. He shared when he felt depression and how he dealt with depression.
During the days in University of Miami when Dwayne injured his shoulder which restricted him from playing Football and that was the first time when the actor for the first time experienced depression. While depicting that experience he said that he was disinterested to go to school. He was even ready to leave school and he did so. But at that point of time he didn’t know why something like that was happening as he was neither aware about mental health nor about depression. He didn’t participate his any team meetings or in anything else.
Dwayne further explained The injury stopped him from working out which made things more bitter. Years later in 2017 he felt the same and talked to some of his close friends about it. But during that time his three daughters turned out to be his cure. Watching them made him feel like that’s the ultimate thing.
Dwayne revealed that he practices gratitude and tries to focus on the positive aspects on life which eventually helps him to maintain good mental health.
