Actress Divya Dutta has won a National Award in the past for her excellent performance. She has been a part of many great films like Badlapur, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Veer-Zara. She has recently spoken about her initial struggle and how she got replaced in projects she was committed to.
In an interview with Zoom Digital, she said in the initial 7-8 years of her career, whenever she would sign a film she would get replaced. She also added that whenever she was thrown-out, she would go back home and cry extensively.

She said that during these great testing times, her mother was of great support. Her mother always told her that this wasn’t the end of her life. She said that if you want something, you should be hardworking and have the passion and love for the art.

Divya Dutta who made her debut in 1994 with ‘Ishq mein Jeena Ishq mein Marna” and it took her 16 years to prove herself in the industry.

After the sad demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, many actors and actresses have spoken about their struggles in the Hindi Film Industry and spoken about nepotism. They have said that they have faced groupism and been laid out of a film and were replaced by star kids.
