Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been tested COVID-19 positive. The Director was busy with his promotion of the upcoming Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi.’ The entire team as well as Alia Bhatt who were in contact with Sanjay have gone into a self quarantine. Earlier, news of Ranbir Kapoor being tested positive after which the actor’s entire family along with friends including Alia have quarantined themselves.
Further, as per a source close to the director added that the director’s mother, Leela Bhansali is doing fine. They said, “After Sanjay tested positive, the first thing he did was to get his mother tested too, she has tested negative for the virus and is doing fine but she has also quarantined herself as a precautionary measure.”
Meanwhile Sanjay was last seen gearing up for next films release. Actor Ajay Devgn also joined the film’s team recently for a cameo. While the filmmaker is under self quarantine, the cast and crew of the film too have quarantined themselves and are undergoing COVID-19 test.
