Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh attended the sangeet ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant on Friday night in the city. While the function was a grand event with many celebs in attendance, Deepika looked gorgeous in a purple saree as she flaunted her baby bump.
The actor did not pose for the paparazzi at the red carpet, but the diva shared a few snaps on her Instagram handle.
Her purple saree with zardosi work along with a bun reminded fans of Madhuri Dixit’s iconic look from Hum Aapke Hain Kon’s song Didi Tera Dewar. The song was picturized during the occasion of Renuna Shahane’ baby shower and for a part in the song, Madhuri was seen flaunting a fake baby bump.
No sooner did the diva dropped her pics, her comment section was filled with love for her. Her husband Ranveer dropped the cutest comment, “Hayyyye!.. my beautiful birthday gift! I love you.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, the actress was recently seen in Kalki 2898 AD, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Hasaan, and Prabhas in lead roles.
