Sanya Malhotra is a well-known actress in the Bollywood industry. She made her debut with Dangal and ever since then, she has worked in several hit films. The 23rd of December, is special for the actress as her blockbuster film Dangal completed 7 years. Taking to her social media, Sanya extended gratitude for being able to live her dream.
The actress took to her Instagram account and shared glimpses from the sets of various films. The first clip was from the dance shoot for Morni from the film Badhaai Do. The second image was a still from the film Dangal. While other clips were from films such as Jawan, Love Hostel, Patakhaa, and Meenakshi Sundareshwar.
Other than that, she also shared bts videos from the sets of Meenakshi Sundareshwar and Pagglait.
Sanya captioned the post by writing, “Happy 7 years of living my dream Happy Dangal day #7yearsofDangal.”
As soon as she posted the pictures, fans started extending heartfelt wishes. A user commented, “An inspiring journey for so many who dream.. Sanya Malhotra played the role of Babita Phogat in Dangal. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film was released in 2016 and starred Aamir Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles. The film is based on the real-life story of Indian wrestlers Geeta Phogat and Babita Phogat.
Meanwhile, Sanya Malhotra recently made her presence in Sam Bahadur. The film is directed by Meghna Gulzar and featured Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh in key roles. Sanya played the role of Sam Manekshaw’s wife in the film. Sam Bahadur is set against the backdrop of the 1971 India-Pakistan war.
