CISF Officer received ‘Suitable Reward’ for professional conduct in stopping Salman Khan at the airport

Salman Khan, trying to cross Mumbai Airport terminal with minimal staff and bodyguards’ was stopped by CISF Officer to follow protocol and check documents. The officer in concern has been ‘Suitably Rewarded’ for exemplary professionalism in the discharge of his duty.

The video that came forward showing CISF officer asking Salman Khan to follow protocol went viral. When Salman Khan was leaving for Russia for the shooting of his upcoming film Tiger 3, and was confidentially moving forward with some staff and security guards, about to cross through airport terminal. A CISF officer stopped him to check his documents and to follow protocol.

The video of August 20, showing the officer coming forward to check the documents, while Salman Khan was forced to wait, went viral. Netizens applauded the officer in question and called in ‘Power of Uniform’.

Following this video some reports came forward,  In The New Indian Express, suggesting that the officer in question was reprimanded and his mobile phone was confiscated to barge him from posting anything on social media.

Replying to one of such reports CISF tweeted by commenting, “The contents of this tweet are incorrect & without factual basis. In fact, the officer concerned has been suitably rewarded for exemplary professionalism in the discharge of his duty. @PIBHomeAffairs”.

Following this video, several pictures relating to the shoot of ongoing movie Tiger 3 came forward. In which Salman Khan can be seen gracing fans with selfies, one such fan, Aryan posted a video in which Salman Khan can be seen sporting reddish brown hairs and beard with a blue beanie cap and a pretty normal Russian street look; A white T-shirt and a red jacket paired with jeans. Aryan in his post stated this look is from a car chase scene from the movie.

Tiger 3 is a Tiger franchise’s third movie directed by Maneesh Sharma presently in Russia. The first movie, Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Kabir Khan, grossed ₹325 crores. The second movie, Tiger Zinda Hai, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, grossed ₹569 crores making this one of the hit franchises in Bollywood. This Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan starrer movie is a hit franchise at the box office and has received praises from fans worldwide.
