Ragini MMS 2 actor Sunny Leone is back in headlines. Though this time she isn’t in the limelight for some music or film launch. A cheating complaint has been launched against her in Kerala. Apparently she had a contract with an event manager of 25 lakh. This contact was related to inauguration of various places which were to be launched in Kerala. According to the event manager, Sunny failed to comply with the given promise, which compelled him to file a complaint.
Further, according to the IANs reports, Sunny was asked about this issue. She said, “As an artist, work is worship for me. I was nothing but gracious, understanding even moving my schedule multiple times over the organizers. But they wouldn’t commit to a set date. It is customary that to lock an actor’s time, an advance has to be paid upfront, which wasn’t done till the nth hour.”
Furthermore, Sunny Leone said that there was no way she wouldn’t have showed up if a date and time for an event had been set. “But due to a lack of timely payment from their end coupled with the fact that they dilly dallied on finalizing the date, I bowed out. I have other commitments in Poovar.”
Sunny called it a half cooked and ‘slanderous claim.’ Moreover she says it’s deeply hurtful and unsolicited. “I have already given the statement to the investigating officers and they are investigating the coordinators as well. Let law take its course,” said Sunny.
