Sanjay Raut gave his opinion on the verdict of the Supreme Court for CBI probe into Sushant’s death case.

The Supreme Court of India ordered a CBI probe into  Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case on 19th August at 11 am. The whole nation is celebrating happpily with the verdict, but it seems that Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut is unhappy with this decision. He has now backed Mumbai Police and claimed that it carried out a fair investigation in the case.

Sanjay Raut, preferred not to comment on the SC verdict. Rather, he said that those in the government who know the law will comment on the SC’s ruling. According to the ANI report, he reacted to the verdict and said, “Those in the government who know the law, the Mumbai Police Commissioner or our Advocate General can talk about it, it is not fit for me to comment on the verdict of Supreme Court”.

Further, the report stated that Shiv Sena MP added, “Supreme Court has given its verdict, it is not right to make political comments. Our state’s justice system has always been one of the best in the country, no one is above law here & to provide justice to all has been the norm”.

The apex court has also ordered the Maharashtra government to assist and cooperate with the CBI in the probe since this is a court-ordered CBI investigation.
