On Monday night, Shilpa Shetty’s husband, Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Police for allegedly making pornographic films and publishing them via mobile applications.
As per the Mumbai Police, a case in regards with this had been filed earlier this year in February and Raj Kundra was considered as a key conspirator in the matter. The police added that there was enough evidence over the case against Kundra.
According to statement mentioned by CP Mumbai, the case was registered with the Crime Branch of Mumbai in February, 2021, in regards of the creation of pornographic films and for publishing them through mobile applications.
The statement added saying that the police had arrested Mr Raj Kundra for that case on 19/07/2021, as he appeared to be a key conspirator of it, and that they had sufficient evidences regarding the matter and that an investigation was in progress.
Raj Kundra is a renowned businessman and the husband of Shilpa Shetty. He was summoned by the property cell of the Crime Branch for questioning on Monday night. The investigation was called for the case in which it had been alleged that Raj Kundra was a key conspirator in making pornographic films and for also publishing it on mobile applications.
The questioning led to the arrest of Raj Kundra for the same case.
