Bombay High Court passes ‘stay order’ on demolition of Kangana Ranaut’s office by BMC

High Court has stayed the further demolition of Ranaut’s private property in Pali Hill.

The Bombay High Court has passed the stay order for further demolition of Kangana Ranaut’s Bandra office by BMC officials after the former appealed to the court. BMC officials were seen barging in Kangana’s private property with bulldozer and destroying her space about which the actress shared on her Twitter handle. Kangana filed her plea through her lawyer in Mumbai, on the basis of which the HC has passed a stay order on BMC. Now the HC has also asked BMC to submit the response to Kangana’s plea by tomorrow.

On the side note, Kangana Ranaut is set to land in Mumbai anytime soon today with her Y+ security provided by the centre. The actress has been actively responding to the destruction done by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation through her Twitter account. Earlier today, the actress also said how she is never wrong and how her enemies are proving that Mumbai has become PoK. Using the hashtag ‘death of democracy’ the actress also compared her office in Pali Hill to Ram Mandir where Babur and his men had come to demolish it.
