Raksha Bandhan is a holiday honoring sibling relationships. Popular Bollywood stars like Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut, and Madhuri Dixit among others posted photographs of their celebration on social media on this special occasion.

On Wednesday, Akshay Kumar posted a sweet statement and a photo of him and his sister to his Instagram account. He wrote, ”जे तू मेरे नाल है ते ज़िंदगी विच सब चंगा My sister, my pillar of strength since day one. Happy #RakshaBandhan.”
On Instagram Stories, Kangana Ranaut also posted a vintage photo of her sibling. She added the caption “Three Musketeers” on the picture.
Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar shared an old photo of herself and Farhan Akhtar from an interview about their first collaboration on Instagram.
Actor Kriti Sanon, who recently turned into producer also shared a post for her sister Nupur. She wrote, ”The Sanon Sisters!! @nupursanon

On her Instagram Stories, Huma Qureshi wished her actor brother Saqib Saleem a happy Raksha Bandhan. “This is how he shows his love,” she wrote as the image’s caption.
In an Instagram picture, Rakul Preet Singh also wished her brother a happy Rakhi. She wished “Happppy Rakhi, my not so little one” in her note.
