While the world sees as the Taliban establishes its rule over Afghanistan after capturing the capital of Kabul, now horrifying visuals from the country are coming in showing us panic-stricken people desperate to flee the country for the sake of their lives.
After seeing the unforeseen video the Bollywood leading ladies couldn’t keep their emotions to themselves, Actresses like Anushka Sharma and Kangana Ranaut were just as shocked as all of us and took to Instagram to share their reactions. Posting a video of two people falling off a flight to their death, Anushka wrote, “This is heart-wrenching. No one should have to go through this.” Kangana also shared the same video and wrote, “When life is worse than death.”
Earlier in the same day actor Rhea Chakraborty expressed concern for women during the ongoing turmoil in Afghanistan and urged world leaders to come out in support. She used the #Smashpatriarchy, she has been known as the spokesperson against patriarchy quite a few times in the past.
Other members of the film industry, including Farhan Akhtar, Aayush Sharma, Athiya Shetty, Sanam Puri, and Kirti Kharbanada have also come out to share similar views.
These incidents took place when thousands of people tried to forcibly enter planes together to leave the Afghanistan capital fearing aggression by the Taliban.
