According to Bollywood sources, this FIR has been registered against Gauahar Khan. It is being told that Gauahar is accused that she is infected with Corona and is shooting the film for not following the rules. It is being told that when BMC officials reached Gauahar Khan’s house to check, she could not be found there.
Mumbai Police spokesman S Chaitanya said while talking to ABP News that, an FIR has been registered against Gauahar Khan under Section 188, 269, 270 IPC, 51B in Oshiwar police station. He said that Gauahar Khan has been found to be infected with COVID-19 and is shooting the film outside town, in violation of the rules and not staying at home.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) is making “no compromise” stern actions against anyone who flouts coronavirus guidelines in Mumbai on Monday.
“The rules apply to all alike and we urge citizens to follow all guidelines and help the city beat the virus,” the BMC tweeted with a copy of the FIR filed against the Bollywood celebrity.
