Bigg Boss OTT 3 has started since a week and it has been going on in full swing. There have already been a few controversies, one of which being the participation of Armaan Malik with his two wives. The reality show is being slammed for promoting polygamy.
Amidst all the backlash, Uorfi Javed took to her Instagram handle to showcase support towards Armaan. She defended his relationship with two wives, stating that polygamy is prevalent even today.
Uorfi posted a picture of Armaan and claimed that she has known the trio for a long time. “I have known the family for quite some time and I can vouch they are the nicest people I’ve ever met! If the three of them are happy, who are we to judge. The concept of polygamy exists since long, it’s even popular till date in some religions,” wrote Uorfi.
Earlier, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, who is TV actress and a former Bigg Boss contestant, had slammed the show for supporting polygamy.
Bigg Boss OTT 3 is being hosted by Anil Kapoor, who has replaced the veteran host Salman Khan.
