Bell Bottom: Akshay Kumar is excited to begin shooting amid COVID-19, says “Lights, Camera, Mask On and Action”

Akshay Kumar who was quarantined in UK is now excited to go back on sets for his upcoming spy thriller movie, Bell Bottom.

Actor Akshay Kumar is all set and excited to begin the shooting of his upcoming movie with Vaani Kapoor, Bell Bottom. Due to pandemic, shooting schedule of the movie was affected. Akshay along with Vaani, Lara Dutta, Huma Qureshi and the remaining cast and crew flew to UK for the 40-day shoot. The whole team were isolated for 14 days as a safety precaution.

Akshay Kumar took to his social media to announce that the shoot is about to begin. In the video, the actor is seen holding a clap board, while saying “Lights, Camera, Mask On and Action.” Further stating that all safety precautions are being taken on the sets. He even mentioned that it is a difficult time to work and he went on to ask for love and prayers from his fans.

The team which is now out of their 14-day quarantine are happy and excited to go back on set after months. The UK government has put on strict safety guidelines, which the whole team has to follow. According to Bollywood Hungama, a source told them, “They will be shooting at four different locations in Scotland, Glasgow being one of them. The crew has to follow strict bio bubble guidelines and will not be allowed to meet anyone except the members of the film, thereby avoiding the entrance of virus to the camp.”

Bell Bottom is a spy thriller movie, which is set to release in 2021. After their shoot in UK, the team will shoot in India before wrapping up the film.
