Bigg Boss 16 fame Archana Gautam arrived at the Congress party’s headquarters in New Delhi on Friday, she was mistreated as she was accompanied by her father. According to India TV journalist Sanjay Sah, they were barred from entering the party office and beaten at the gate.
Archana Gautam’s father said he had come to congratulate party leader Priyanka Gandhi and national president Mallikarjun Kharge on passing of the Women’s Bill in Parliament. According to Archana Gautam’s father, “We were shocked by the incident, we are very hurt, and we are in panic.”

Popular model Archana Gautam has been a candidate from Hastinapur assembly of Meerut in the UP assembly elections on Congress party.
She is a popular figure in the modelling industry and has competed in various beauty pageants in addition to being a Congress party leader. She was crowned Miss Bikini India 2018 and previously represented India at Miss Cosmos World 2018. Moreover, she was crowned Miss Uttar Pradesh in 2014.
She rose to fame in the 16th season of Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss. She has appeared in various films as a cameo, including Great Grand Masti, Baaraat Company, and Haseena Parker.
She is currently in Rohit Shetty’s reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 as a contestant.
Archana joined the Indian National Congress (INC) in November 2021. She contested in the 2022 Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections from Hastinapur against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Dinesh Khatik and lost by a huge margin.
