On Saturday, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife, producer Kiran Rao has announced their separation in a joint statement issued by them. The duo has been together for 15 long years and has a son named Azad Rao Khan. The couple also added that they will continue co-parenting their son together.
According to the reports, Aamir Khan, 56 and his ‘Dangal’ co-star Fatima Sana Shaikh, 29 are said to have a rumoured ‘close’ relationship and it is believed to be the possible reason behind the decision of separation of Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao.
This news has taken the internet by storm, several users on Twitter have been trolling the actors. There has also been news of his movie ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ been surfacing and the rumour has it that Aamir had himself suggested to cast Fatima in the movie and this in return annoyed Katrina Kaif who was given a pivotal role in the film as per the prior agreements. Some workers also admitted that there had been a little spite between the two actress’ on the sets, via The News.
However, this is not the first relationship of the actor, he first married Reena Dutta but later they divorced in 2002 after 16 years of marriage. they had a daughter and a son together, Ira and Junaid. Later, in 2005 on December 28 the actor tied the knot with Kiran.
