Model and actress Malaika Arora along with her family is facing testing times following the sudden demise of her dad, Anil Mehta yesterday. Malaika and her sister, Amrita Arora paid their final goodbyes to their late father as they reached mom Joyce’s residence in Bandra. Later at night, Arjun Kapoor helped grieving Malaika reach her car as she left the house after her father’s demise. Kareena Kapoor Khan was also spotted leaving with them.
In the video shared by a paparazzi on Instagram, one can see Arjun Kapoor, who is ex-boyfriend of Malla, escorting her as they leave the building. Responsible Arjun guides Malaika to safely sit inside the car along with her son Arhaan Khan. They are joined by Malaika’s sister Amrita.
Kareena emerged from the building and left with her sister, actress Karisma Kapoor. The Kapoor sisters were spotted getting into their car together.
Malaika rushed to her parents’ house in Bandra, Mumbai on hearing the news of her father’s death. She reportedly was in Pune at that time. Amrita, who met her parents a day before his death came along with her husband Shakeel Ladak to pay her last respects.
Arjun, who reportedly dated Malaika for a while was at her mother’s residence earlier on Wednesday. Malaika’s former husband Arbaaz Khan too reached out to her late dad.
Malaika’s son with Arbaaz, Arhaan Khan was spotted leaving the building with his cousin Nirvaan Khan and aunt Amrita. Arhaan looked heartbroken after losing his grandfather. Other than them, Salim Khan, Helen, Seema Sajdeh, Sohail Khan, and Alvira Agnihotri reached Malaika’s mom’s place following the sad news of Anil Mehta’s death.
