Ariana Madix has responded via her lawyers to Rachel ‘Raquel’ Leviss revenge porn lawsuit.
As per the court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, Ariana’s legal team argued that Raquel was seeking to punish and blame Ms. Madix for the negative reaction she has recipient of due to her affair with Tom Sandoval.
The filing alleged that Raquel’s lawsuit is an abuse of legal process and that her allegations be stricken and Madix be rewarded her attorneys’ fees.
The lawsuit was filed by Raquel accusing Tom and Ariana, who have dated for nearly a decade, of eavesdropping, revenge porn and invasion of privacy. Ariana and Tom broke up in March 2023 after the former learned about the latter’s affair with Raquel behind her back. The discovery was made after Ariana came across several explicit videos of Raquel on Tom’s phone while the two were dating. Since then, the drama between the three of them played out on Vanderpump Rules.
Ariana’s attorney argued that she learned about Tom and Raquel’s affair in the worst possible way as she found a video of them having phone sex. She was left devastated and confronted her then boyfriend about it immediately. She also talked to her friends about the betrayal.
