Anushka Sharma Impresses Fans with Chakrasana Yoga Pose in New Instagram Photo

Anushka Sharma begins her Saturday with a yoga session. The actress frequently posts pictures of her workouts.

Unquestionably one of Bollywood’s fittest celebrities is Anushka Sharma. She is not only a fantastic actor but a major supporter of yoga, healthy living, and good awareness. The actress shared a glimpse of her yoga practise on Saturday, stretching her body into chakrasana, an inverted yoga pose. She titled the image “Perspective” when sharing it.

Vamika’s soft toys and indoor slides were seen in the background as Anushka practiced yoga inside a room with huge glass windows. Reacting to her post, a fan commented, “Wow.” Another one wrote, “Very nice. It looks easy but in reality it is too hard to do… very good Anushka ma’am.” A fan called the actor ‘super flexible’, while another said she was ‘a hardworking mom’.

Anushka just celebrated the second birthday of her child. In 2021, the actress and her husband Virat Kohli had a girl. Although the actress has shielded her kid from the spotlight, she periodically posts pictures of her on social media while covering her face. “Two years ago my heart grew wide open,” Anushka captioned a precious snapshot of her infant daughter. Anushka could be seen lovingly embracing her little daughter in the picture.

Anushka Sharma is now preparing for “Chakda Express” on the professional front. During a function, the actress was asked about her experience playing the difficult character of Jhulan Goswami. She said, “Chakda Xpress is a really special film. Because of the subject it focuses on, it is very dear to my heart. Hearing about Jhulan’s life and her contributions to Indian women’s cricket made me proud. It is a privilege for me to present global audiences with a movie that draws inspiration from her life and times.

She continued, “Chakda Xpress is one of the hardest movies I’ve ever worked on, but Jhulan’s dedication, perseverance, and enthusiasm inspired me to try and imitate the same. I can’t wait for the world to learn this icon of women’s cricket’s inspiring tale.” The actress has finished filming and is looking forward to the Netflix release of the movie.

The actress most recently made a cameo appearance in Triptii Dimri’s “Qala,” appearing in a music video as an 80s heroine. Karnesh Ssharma, her brother, produced the movie. She last appeared with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in “Zero.”
