News of the suicide of Malaika Arora’s father Anil Arora has come as a shock to the world of entertainment. A Mumbai Police team is present at Malaika’s house and is investigating this matter. The police officials revealed the deceased’s name as Anil Mehta. Arbaaz Khan, Malaika’s ex-husband, Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ananya Panday, and Salim Khan are some of the celebrities visited the actress during the difficult time.
Now, a shocking detail about his death is out. According to a report, before committing suicide, Anil Arora had made calls to both his daughters – Malaika and Amrita Arora. Anil had called Amrita and Malaika before taking his life and reportedly told them that he was tired.
He had taken both his daughters on the call just before committing suicide. According to reports, Anil Mehta jumped from the sixth floor of his flat, and his ex-wife Joycee was also present when the incident occurred. According to Mumbai Police, prima facie, the death of Anil Mehta seems to be suicide. DCP Crime Branch Raj Tilak Roshan said that the deceased body has been sent for post-mortem. Malaika was reportedly out of town when her father passed away and was apparently in Pune when the event occurred.
