There’s a new twist in the Raj Kundra pornography case. Actress Sagarika Shona Suman has been called upon by the Mumbai Police as a witness. Speaking on the matter to Pinkvilla she said, “I have been called by the Mumbai Police to record my statement. In two days, I’ll go to the police station and give my statement.” It seems she has something important for the case to proceed forward.

Raj Kundra was arrested by Mumbai Police on July 19 for being the main conspirator in tricking actresses for porn by making them audition for web series. After his arrest several actresses such as Sagarika Shona Suman, Poonam Pandey, Sherlyn Chopra and Kangana Ranaut came out against Raj Kundra. Poonam Pandey also came out after Raj Kundra’s arrest where she said her photos were uploaded even after the contract ended.

Sagarika Shona Suman earlier also spoke with Pinkvilla where she expressed concern for her life as she was receiving death threats on social media. Earlier she has said, ” These threat messages say that their business was going so well, and how dare I raise my voice against it, and many such other messages. I was very mentally disturbed because of this, and was hospitalized three days ago. I am still feeling very well”

She went to adding that in December last year, Hotshots App wanted her to be a part of the pornographic content for which she was offered 1 lakh rupees. ” When I said no they said I can do it wearing a mask too, and I don’t have to show my face”.
