Amitabh Bachchan posts pic with Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek and Aaradhya Bachchan along with thank you note for fans

Actor Amitabh Bachchan has posted a throwback picture of his family on his Twitter account along with a thank you note for his fans. Last week Big B, his son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai and granddaughter Aaradhya were tested positive of Covid-19. Big B and Abhishek Bachchan were immediately admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai, while Aishwarya and Aaradhya Bachchan were initially home quarantined but were later admitted to the same hospital on Friday night.

Big B paired the picture with a heartfelt note, which read, “We see your love .. we hear your prayers .. we fold our hands .. in gratitude And thanks.”

The veteran actor , earlier, also shared a piece on the importance of prayers on his blog. “The value of connect is supreme .. the value of your presence is supreme .. the value of all the prayers, the duas, .. from Mandirs, Masjids, Churches , Gurudwaras , from the Synagogues .. that you so generously give reaches us .. and we are overwhelmed by your love and care. We are so fortunate to have all of you in our lives .. to give us strength and to tell us each moment that we are not alone .. thank you seems so inadequate .. but it does carry with it much more than what it means in mere letters ..Love,” he wrote.

Reports suggest the Bachchan family is responding positively to the COVID-19 treatment. PTI reports quoted an insider saying, “They all (referring to Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek, Aishwarya and Aaradhya) are ok. They are responding well to the treatment. They are in the isolation ward. Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan will be in the hospital maybe for a day or two. Aishwarya had a cough. She is ok now. Aishwarya and Aaradhya will have to be in the hospital for a couple of days.”

Big B is trying his best to keep his fans and well-wishers updated about his health. Few days earlier, Amitabh had posted this message on Twitter, “In happy times, in times of illness, you our near and dear, our well wishers, our fans have ever given us unstinting love , affection care and prayer .. we express our bountiful gracious gratitude to you all .. in these circumstances hospital protocol, restrictive.”
