Amitabh Bachchan was seen talking about love marriages in his family in the recent episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16. The conversation began when a contestant from Vadodara, Gujarat, revealed that his parents are not talking to him, due to his love marriage. The contestant, who is a software developer by profession, said to the host, “I’ve not been talking to my parents for five years. I know they watch KBC regularly, so it was important for me to come here so I can talk to you about this and maybe they can listen to us.”
“I hope that after watching today’s episode, your parents will talk to you again, and you can have the conversation you’ve been longing for,” said Big B. The megastar continued to talk about love marriages in his family and tried to explain the contestant’s parents that there is no boundary in love.
He shared how is from Uttar Pradesh, but got married to someone from Bengal. Meanwhile, his brother got married to a girl from Sindhi family, and his daughter is married into a Punjabi family, and his sons’ wife is from Mangalore. “Desh ke har kone kone se byaah kar ke laaye hai sabko,” said Sr. Bachchan.
