Amitabh Bachchan has expanded his property portfolio as he added three office units totalling Rs. 59.58 crore in Mumbai. The offices are situated in the prestigious Signature Building on Veera Desai Road, Andheri, and highlights the actor’s substantial investment in commercial real estate.

The office units, numbered 2701, 2801, and 2901, span a combined area of 8,429 sq. ft. The deal, finalised with Veer Savarkar Projects Pvt. Ltd. also includes car parking spaces. Documents accessed by FloorTap.com revealed that the megastar paid a stamp duty of Rs. 3.57 crore, and the transaction was officially registered on June 20, 2024.

This acquisition adds to Bachchan’s series of high value property investments this year. Earlier, in 2024, he purchased a land worth Rs. 10 crore in Alibaug and reportedly acquired a piece of land in Ayodhya for Rs. 14.5 crore.

The news of him buying office spaces in Mumbai comes weeks after news the of his son Abhishek Bachchan buying six apartments in Borivali, Mumbai for Rs. 15.42 crore.
