While justifying the reason behind this decision Amir said in an interviw, “When I work in film as an actor, I get completely absorbed in the work. There is nothing else left in my life. This is why I am taking a break. I want to be with my family. My mother, I want to spend time with my children. For the last 35 years I have only been working. I am only giving full attention to my work and it is not fair for people who are close to me.”
