A day after facing the press conference regarding the tragic death of a woman during the screening of Pushpa 2: The Rule, at Sandhya Theatre during the theatre, the movie’s lead actor Allu Arjun took to his social media handle to issue a stern message for all his fans. He asked the fans to refrain from using any abusive language, and warned of strict action for those indulging in such behaviour.
In his statement, Arjun wrote, “I appeal to all my fans to express their feelings responsibly, as always and not resort to any kind of abusive language or behaviour both online and offline.” He further warned, “Misrepresenting as my fans with fake IDs and fake profiles, if someone indulges in abusive posts, strong action will be taken against them. I request the fans to not engage with such posts.”

The unfortunate incident occurred at Sandhya Theatre when Allu Arjun attended the screening of his movie unannounced, which resulted in a stampede like situation. It led to a woman, Revathi, 35, losing her life, and hospitalization of her son. Following the incident, a case was filed against Allu Arjun, his security team, and theatre management. Amidst the investigation, the actor was also arrested by the Hyderabad police, and was later released on bail.
